What activities are included in a standard jump session?

Access to the inflatable arena with assault course, jump bag, climbing wall, maze, energiser, cliff jump, pop up forrest, volcano.

Am i allowed to enter the Bounce area to watch my child?

No, only participating tickets can enter the inflatable arena. Children under the age of 5 must have a participating adult with them at all times. Spectators can enter at a cost of £2.50, which you receive back in the form of a voucher to redeem on any hot or cold drinks in our café. This is to ensure safety of our young bouncers. 

How long does a standard open bounce session last?

A standard open bounce session // 60 mins // 90 Min and 120 Min Sessions are also available.

What is the minimum age for an open bounce session?

Walking or Toddling Age however we HIGHLY recommend children under the age of 5 participate in the specialised toddler sessions to enjoy the experience as older bouncers can be rowdy! Strictly NO Babes in arms.

Children under the age of 5 MUST have a participating adult with them for the duration of play on a 1:1 basis.

Are there any dedicated bounce sessions for young children?

Yes, we have specialised Toddler Time session for younger children. The max age on these session is 6 years old and children can be supervised at a 1:3 ratio.

Can i bounce if i'm pregnant?

No, Bounce House does not permit anyone pregnant to partake in any activities on the inflatable arena or air bag for the safety of you and the unborn child.

Can i just come and watch?

Yes! Spectators are a cost of £2.50 per adult. This is returned to you in the form of a voucher redeemable on any hot or soft drink in our café. WiFi is free to use.

Is food available?

Yes, we have a full range of hot and cold dishes and snacks located in the Bounce House Cafe on the Mezzanine.

Are there any height or weight limits?

There is a weight limit of 20 stones in place.

Height restrictions apply on the ‘Cliff Edge’ Drop Bag. Signage is in place to guide and adhere too. Smaller bouncers are not permitted to jump from height.

Can i wear glasses?

Yes, glasses if worn are ok to be kept on for taking part in the activities, Bounce House will not be held accountable for damage to glasses whilst partaking in the activities supplied.

Do you have lockers?

We do we have lockers available at no charge; these are situated on the ground floor by the inflatable entrance.

What happens if i'm late?

If we are busy then you will only be able join what remains of your time booked. Tickets will not be refunded. During quieter periods we will endeavour to slot you in as close to your preferred time as possible. In order to ensure you get to enjoy the full duration of your bounce session, please make sure you arrive at LEAST 20 minutes before your scheduled bounce time.

Waiver - Does everyone bouncing need to have one?

Yes, every participant requires a waiver that is then valid for 12 months. Persons under the age of 16 will need to have a parent/guardian (18+ years old) to permit them to bounce and complete the waiver on their behalf.

What should i wear?

Comfortable breathable clothing subject to season. No sharp objects are to be worn and you must wear a pair of clean, ‘no grip’ normal socks through the duration of play. No trampoline park socks are permitted. No bare feet permitted.

I have a medical condition; Can i jump at bounce house?

If you have any sort of medical condition that you believe may affect your ability to safely jump in bounce house you must consult a qualified medical practitioner prior to making a booking.

What socks can i wear?

Normal, clean , non grip socks are permitted. No trampoline socks or other grip socks are allowed. No bare feet.

what time should i arrive?

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your session starts. Please ensure your waiver is completed and you have watched the online safety video.

Do i need to book in advance?

Our online prices are better than our walk in charges. In order to guarentee the desired time you wish to bounce please book in advance, especially at peak times.
