Booking Terms
1.0 All participants MUST complete an Acceptance of Terms form by Bounce House Limited prior to entering the arena, this will need to be completed by an adult over the age of 18 years old. Please note, failure to sign the Acceptance of Terms will result in refusal to enter the park.
1.1 The standard duration of the session is 1 hour. Customers are advised to arrive 20 minutes early to ensure they are on the arena in time for their assigned slot.
1.2 All participants must watch the safety video prior to entering the arena. or be briefed by a member of the Bounce House Team on the house Safety Rules.
1.3 All guests must wear a pair of standard, clean socks (no admittance will be allowed for those wearing gripper socks or entering barefoot).
1.4 All guests must adhere to the rules of the park at all times.
1.5 An adult must remain on site at all times for participants under age of 12.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your pre-booked session at Bounce House Limited, contact must be made to the park on the following number 0151 958 0393 to arrange cancellation or amendment. All conditions to the arrangements are set out below:

1.0 General Bookings (including all sessions)
1.1 Any cancellation made with more than 24 hours notice of the session booked will be eligible to a full refund via the same method of payment.
1.2 Any cancellation made up to 24 hours prior to the start of the session booked must be rearranged to a more convenient time. This booking will not be eligible for a refund. If a rearranged booking is made and cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, this will also not be eligible for a refund.
1.3 Any cancellation made with less than 3 hours’ notice of the start of the session booked will not be refunded or moved to an alternative day or time. Any alternative bookings will be subject to the normal admission prices.

2.0 Party/ Events booking
2.1 A minimum of 10 guests are required for all the parties and payment must be made up to the value. This number is inclusive of the birthday child.
2.2 The minimum age for this party would be 5 years old (includes turning 5 on the day). Any children under 5 must be accompanied by one adult (one adult to one child). Extra adults are chargeable.
2.3 All guests are to wear assigned wristbands during the 1 hour bounce activity.
2.4 All participants MUST complete an Electronic waiver document prior to access to the park’s arena. This will be emailed to the Booking Lead prior to the party and should be distributed to all guests. Failure to sign the waiver would result in refusal to enter the park’s inflatable arena.
2.5 All guests must wear a pair of standard, clean socks (no admittance will be allowed for those wearing gripper socks or entering barefoot).
2.6 The duration of the party will be confirmed in your electronic confirmation.
2.7 All guests must watch the park’s safety video prior to entering the arena.
2.8 All guests must adhere to the rules of the park at all times.

3.0 Payments of Party/ Events
3.1 A £75 non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure the party booking.
3.2 Remaining monies must be paid in full 5 days prior to the event. Failure to pay the remaining monies in this time frame could result in the cancellation of the party.
3.3 Monies can be paid on a debit/credit card over the phone, BACS transfer or cash.

4.0 Amendments
4.1 Additional guests can be added up until the day of the party. We will try to accommodate any extra guests in line with the capacity of the arena.
4.2 Paid for guests that fail to arrive can be substituted with another participant on the day BUT no refund will be given for a failed guest arrival.
4.3 Refunds will ONLY be given for paid guests 24 Hours before the party.
4.4 The minimum payment on a party must always amount to the cost of 10 guests.
4.5 Amendments to the date or time can only be made 7 days prior to the party and providing that we have an alternative offering.

5.0 Cancellations
5.1 All Deposits are non-refundable.
5.2 Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit 100% of the deposit.
5.3 Cancellations made with more than 14 days notice of the event will be issued credit up to the value of the deposit.
